It can be caused by both good and bad practices. Its purely a state of mind.Managing stress is all about taking charge: of your thoughts, emotions, schedule, and the way you deal with problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It  is very important to identify your true sources of stress, look closely at your habits, attitude, and excuses.Always  remember these following points<br>\n Root cause of stress<br>\n What was the reaction of stress<br>\n Analyse and Actionables taken to reduce stress<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Best tips to reduce stress-<br> 1. Avoid unhealthy habits.<br> 2. Be active.<br> 3. Meditation.<br> 4. Sleep in time.<br>  5.A problem shared is a problem halved.<br>  6. Manage your time well. <br> 7. Learn to say No.<br>  8.Music is a all time healer.<br>  9.The act of taking control is in itself empowering, and it&#8217;s a crucial part of finding a solution that satisfies you and not someone else.<br> 10. Accept the things you can&#8217;t change.<br>11.  Be positive.<br>  12.Work smarter. Not harder.<br> 13. Help other people.<br>14.  Challenge yourself.<br>  15.Have some Me-Time.<br>16.  Consult your family doctor on time.<br> 17.
